This allows the Assamite Sorceror to instill for one hour one of his or her powers, example, Dominate, Potence, etc... up to level 5 of a Discipline/Path. This does not allow the Sorceror to give the subject Blood Nectar though.

System: Sorceror must use 1 BP per level he or she intends to give to the MORTAL or Vampire. A Sorceror cannot give his or her subject a level higher than he or she has. One dose = One BP. And only ONE potion can be used at a time.
